The story of our company began in 1989, when John Henderson created Tuff Lawn Lawn Service, Inc. with the goal of delivering the best lawn care available. The demand for additional services became greater and great as the years went on.
Tuff Lawn Lawn Service, Inc. continues to be the area’s premier independently owed lawn care company in lower Fairfield County, Connecticut, delivering a customer lawn care for nearly two decades to thousands of properties. Tuff lawn Lawn Service, Inc. offers a comprehensive menu of services, including: fertilization; weed, insect, and disease control; and deer repellent programs. We also offer seeding and aeration, liming, soil testing, plus many other services related to turf care. In addition, we have an ornamental tree and shrub care division that offers a full insect and disease spray program for you valuable trees and shrubs. Along with the spraying, we also provide a deep-root feeding for the spring and fall.
Lyme disease in the 90’s became a major concern for all who lived in Connecticut and the surrounding states. The health risks involved with Lyme disease keep increasing, one case after another. There was an explosion of Lyme disease in out area in the mid 90’s, and the demand for a tick spring service was extremely high! The result was the creation of two companies: Tuff Lawn Lawn Service, Inc. and the newly formed Fairfield County Tick Control, a division of Tuff Lawn Lawn Service, Inc.
